Add email CC in workflow notification to the customer

Hello all,

I am looking for a way to set up my workflow in order to send a noification out of the CRM and copy all the persons in the initial case email ?

Could ou help me plz ?

Hi Bad,

If you want to create an email through a workflow and copy all the persons in the email, please follow these steps:

1. We create a workflow for the Email entity, check "As an on-demand process".

2. Add the step "Create Record" - Email, click the "Set Properties" button to set up the email.

3. Select "Email" and "To", click the "Add" button, then click "To (Email)", then click the "To" field, and finally click the OK button, thus adding "{To(Email)}" to the "To" field. Repeat this to add the Cc and BCc fields as well. Save and Close.

4. Activate the workflow.

We click on the Run Workflow button in the command bar in the Email form, select this workflow and add it, it will create an unsent email, we can edit and send it.

(New emails don't pop up automatically, we need to manually enter the email list to select it.)
