Hi Guys,
there is any possibility to let the user change the Price per Unit on the quote line for products already on the system (not write-in products where it is already allowed)? Now it looks like that at any security level it is looked.

Hi,
If pricing field is use default. System will lock the field for all users. Its not a Field level security field.
If you change Pricing to override then, you can change price per unit.

Hi guys,
thank you but so far it is not what I am looking for. I have to deal with custom products (that my change description on each quote) and different kind of discounts that needs to do line by line. Sometime during quote revision we need to change the amounts of the discount and we need something that would be easy to work on. Setting up at prior a specific discount will not work.
I need as it is in BC per each line a specific discount and the automatic calculation of taxes. It is very weird that this software which is made by the same software house as is BC made doesn't do it. Any other CRM (Salesforce for instance) does it.
It is something that an engineer can set-up?
