Hi,

This is the first question I've posted to these forums. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I need to modify the format of the PDF slightly, that is generated when a user presses the /Export to PDF/ button within a Field Service Work Order Service Task Inspection Template (man that's a mouthful!).

I would like the PDF to generate in Landscape rather than Portrait mode, and I'd like to add some customer-specific text, like Account Name, Address, Phone Number etc.

Researching some other threads, the closest related post I could find was this one:

Do I need this PCF reporting thing to accomplish this request, or should I be looking elsewhere?
