Good morning ,I have a problem with Ax, when I access Ax client, after installing the Database and AOS and the client this message is displayed to me.

The first thing to check is whether the AOS is running.

The error message indicates that AX Client cannot connect to AOS before user authentication.
Please check these
a. Client configuration point to the correct AOS.
b. AOS is running
c. Ping AOS short name from command line
d. Disable windows firewall on Client and AOS server
