D365 Customer Service uptime details

Hello, I am looking for the specific details re D365 CS uptime other than 99,9%
O365 does have charts with quarterly uptime from 99.97, 99, 98, but nothing other than 99,9 can be found for the CRM products.
Can anyone please help?

    Can you or anyone confirm D365 Customer Service meets the following: Solution must meet the recovery time objective (RTO) of 24 to 72 hours
