Case Entity Dependency

Hello,

While trying to create record for case entity using workflow, I am getting an error saving unknown entity name. If I am checking dependency for case entity, no records are available there and currently there have not been any upgrade from Microsoft. I have also tried to import solution containing case entity but it also didn't work. Can anyone please suggest possible workaround to this problem.

You have to share the exact error message to diagnose the issue. Import didn't work means any error?

Hi Simranjot Kaur,

Have you tried manually creating a case record? Post the errors you are receiving along with any logs.
