Edit lead qualify button in ribbon

Hello,

I am running into a challenge and could use some help.  I have (*ahem*) inherited a D365 Sales/CRM implementation where there is a bunch of unfinished work that I was not a part of.  One such issue is somebody in the past tried to develop a solution that allows for a Lead to be qualified without an Opportunity.  This has never worked as far I can see, or that I hear from the business.  As part of this development work, somebody changed the Qualify button within the ribbon at the Lead level.  The "Qualify without an Opportunity" option was left and now this just causes confusion.  I need to remove what has been done to the button so it's back to the default, but I don't know what to do.  I am a bit familiar with Ribbon Workbench and am thinking this is what I need to use but the change I need to make is not straightforward.  I have also searched the system high and low for a solution used for this development work, but none seems to be in place.  Any ideas how I can change this button back to default?

Thanks in advance,
Malcolm

    Hi Malcolm_R,

Could you provide the screenshot of this button in the Ribbon Workbench?

If the default button is hidden and another button is created, you could hide the new created button and unhide the default button.

    Hi,

Make sure you take backup of the solution before making any changes.

As suggested by Steve, you can unhide OOB button and hide custom button from ribbon workbench.

Please mark my answer verified if this is helpful!

    Hi Steve,

What you are suggesting seems like a good idea.  Here is a picture of the button.  See below.  Unfortunately, I cannot decipher whether this button is hidden or not.  Any ideas?  Also, how do you know this is the default button as I see 3 other buttons listed as "Qualify"?

    Thank you,
