Hello,

I am trying to find how to include projection calculations in my worksheet, I went throughout the wizard and looks not offering this capability. Whereas in Microsoft video they shown it was working on R3 and no documentation showing how.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Hichem, Did I get it right that you need to import budget balances in the budgeting module and at the same time in the project module? Can you provide some additional information on the MS video you refer to? Ludwig

This is the video in YouTube on 16m16 it is about trying different scenarios for revenue/expense increase/decrease and the system calculates Head counts etc.

    Hi Hichem,

Have you tried contacting the author of the video directly?

If they post their video on Youtube I believe they are also willing to share their templates used with you which might shorten your time required setting up and testing your own templates.

I would give it a try as they can only say NO in worst case :-)

    All the best,

    Ludwig

Hichem - This is a standard feature. If you are projecting based on some calculations, you should create them as columns that are not-bound AX. As shown in the  video, then you will have to copy these to bound columns that store in AX. I am the presenter of that session and will share the template if you are interested.
