Bank rec - outstanding transactions by debit/credit?

I love the unreconciled bank transactions report in SmartList. However, every amount shows up as a positive number, making it difficult to find offsetting transactions (vs. if they're been double booked). Is there a way to pull (in excel) unreconciled transactions that show debit or credit (or payment/deposit, etc). Thanks!

    Hello Reddog94,

Can you explain what SmartList is?

Is this a form that has been embedded to your D365FO software or is it an external tool?

    Many  thanks,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Like Dr. Ludwig said, is SmartList is ISV solution?

Also, in Standard Dynamics FO, you can see Debit Credit option in Bank reconciliation.

    Hi Reddog94,

We don't have smartlist in D365 Finance and operation, SmartList Designer is within Dynamics GP only but not in Finance and operation. If your quesiton is related to D365 FO then yes you can export unreconciled/not cleared transactions from the bank recon screen but what do you mean by Debit/Credit?  Do you want to see positive and negative transactions (Payments/Deposits) or voucher information of any unreconciled transaction, For example: Customer receipt:  Debit Bank and Credit Customer.

Hi! Thanks for the response. I am a new GP user and don't know the difference between FO and what I'm apparently using. Is there a better place to post my questions that isn't FO specific?
