Hello,
Latelu we're having issues with entire list views disappearing. No records show at all. Usually after refreshing the page everything comes back. Today, however, one user has yet to recover a view. We're using Chrome.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just a browser issue?

Currently just one user is having trouble seeing the list of available email templates. I'll have him try your suggestions.

Please try the following ways.
1.Clear all the cookies ,sessions and cache of your browser and try again.
2.If this issue only happens in one entity, check if there is any custom script codes or plug-in on it and disable all of them.
3.Try other browsers.

It might be a browser issue. Try using Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Internet Explorer to see if the issue occurs on other internet browsers.
