Opportunity Competitors with track changes link fails

When I try to get "opportunitycompetitorscollection" via API i get an error "Caller <some GUID here> doesn't have sufficient privileges to access entity of type 'opportunitycompetitors'.".
When this API call was made from a user with role "System admin" everything is ok.
When this API call was made from a user with role "Copy System admin" (full copy from "system admin" role) or any another one it fails too.
All API calls were made with OAuth authorization from my server backend.
At the same time when I try to get this collection for a specific opportunity with a condition "opportunityid eq <some opportunity id>", everything is ok too.

Could anyone know the reason for this strange behavior or how to fix this?
