Hi,

I have a user in the system that gets the following error message above:

I've read something about inserting send email as behalf on my name setting of the Workflow owner, can't find it. It's weird because other with same security role doesn't get this error.

When I press to resolve the case, I get this error.

I tried to adjust the security role to "send email as another user" to organization level.

But still the same error.

I also checked the system jobs if something is tried to run when getting the error message but can't find the error.

Any ideas?

    Hi Fuka,

This is a personal option so each user needs to change. If you have a system admin account, you can use the XRMToolBox and the User Settings Utility to check and set users permissions.

    thanks

    Matt

    Hi,

Should i go to personal settings with the Organizational Account and set this option? I can't see that option (i have the org. account of dynamics) . Or on the User who got the error? He tried doing it and checking it but didn't work.

    Hi Fuka,

    as Lu has said

it seems like a personal option setting to allow email to be sent on your behalf:

the above blog might be useful and seems to cover the same error you have.

    Hi partner,

Go to Personal Options, under Email tab, check "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf".
