Hi All,
I have integrated Channel Integration Framework (CIF) in Customer Service Hub and its working as expected for the basic functionality.
Now,I am trying to CIF into USD with the expectation with the basic functionality works as the above .
I am following the below link. But, I am struck at step 3 in creating and configuring the Action. Does anyone was a detailed steps on how to accomplish it.
