Lead timeline notes move to account on qualify

Hello,

Currently when you enter a note on a lead timeline and qualify that lead to account/contact/opportunity. That note that was on lead is only visible on opportunity record. Is it possible to also move that same note to account record also?

Hi GKavaliauskas,

This is one by-design feature.

Maybe you can try to use flow to copy notes from lead to account automatically.

If the account is new created automatically after you qualify the lead, you can refer to the following link to create the flow:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Community-Blog/Dynamics-365-Copy-a-Qualified-Lead-s-Notes-to-a-New-Opportunity/ba-p/199769

When you select account on the lead form, which is on the 'Parent Account for lead' lookup field.

If so, you need use this lead change as trigger on the flow.
