Hello,

I am implementing recurring integration export and import. I want to know more details on below things in order to better understand it clearly:
  1. How can I find blob to which recurring integration export the zip file to.
  2. What is the purpose of "Set monitorring recurrance" button. How to view monitoring result from it.
  3. Is there way to call directly the latest\recent message from the queue instead of calling previous or old ones which are not yet processed.

I shall be very thankful to you.

Thank you !

    1. You won't get any blob reference. You'll get the file contents by calling the dequeue endpoint. See Recurring integrations > API for export (dequeue) for more details.
You seem to be confused by another API (data management package API), which has GetExportedPackageUrl endpoint returning a link to a blob storage. But if you want to use the recurring integrations API, this doesn't apply to you.

    2. Regarding monitoring recurrence, let me quote Nathan Clouse: This will set the frequency to run the batch job that collects some telemetry on the recurring endpoint for reporting purposes. This is very basic and will create data for a bar chart that shows a queue size over time. You can review this at "Queue Trend". 3. You can't, as far as I know. It's a queue, which means you always get a single element at one end.

Thank you Martin for your response.

Pls can you provide more detail to POINT 2. How can I view the queue trend i.e. from which page or form?

    Thanks

Go to Data management, open your recurring export job, open the Manage menu (see the picture), and click Manage recurring data jobs, which open another form. There use Manage messages button.

    Thanks Martin.

I already know about this path where I can create Recurring job and see the Messages along with the status.

Even though I dont set the "Set monitorring recurrance" it still displays dequeue messages along with its statuses. I want to know what happens or when we set the "Set monitorring recurrance". Where can i view Queue trends?

Ah, sorry. It's the Queue trend button beside Manage messages, not Manage messages.
