I am new to Dynamics (Marketing) and I have noticed that my unsubscriptions are not tracked by the Insights tab of an email.
This happens while the default subscription center is chosen (Default Content Settings). Having chosen the defualt option means that no subscription lists are linked to the subscription center; it uses bulkemail.
Is this the way it is meant to be? That would be very strange, because even when I will work with subscription lists (which I am trying to fix as we speak), I will have to give the customers the option to unsubscribe via the bulkemail option (right?), which means in that new situation I will still not have all the unsubsribe information in the Insights tab available.
