Hi partner,
You can't reset the password directly from APP for tablet.
1.If you are an administrator and you want to reset password for other users, you could only go to Office 365 admin center.

2.If you want to let users reset their own passwords, they could go to office 365 admin center or use self-service password reset tool.

It is not possible to reset passwords with that app, but you can reset passwords with the Office 365 Admin app.

Not, user password reset is part of (Azure) Active Directory.
Use the Office 365 Admin app instead.
