Exporting Open Work Orders Views - Bookable Resource Booking Not Populating

It might have happened with the last wave or two of updates, but now in Field Service we're seeing that, when adding the Booked Resources column to filtered views, they are now populating - which is great! Our end users tend to export the data frequently for additional work/follow up - but it's been reported that, when exporting the data to Excel from the work orders view, it does not pull any of the Booked Resources records into the exported file. Has anyone else seen this and potentially know of a resolution?

    The problem is that you are trying to export the contents of a "column" that is actually a 1:n relationship. The excel export is a single row of the database, and you're asking it to show several other rows of data within one "cell".
    So, while dynamics might be flexible enough to show multiple bubbles for resources in the UI, this data can't be exported as simply.
     
    Workaround I'd use:
    Create a new field and populate it in the way that is most practical for your export. For instance:
    - Add a query-triggered flow or plugin that reacts oncreate/onchange/ondelete of a relationship between the WO and BRB. (So whenever a BRB is created or changed, update the new field on the WO.
    - update/set the content of the new field in such a way that it now contains a list of Names or User GUIDS, whichever you need in your export data.
    - you'd then have a field that you can export, that contains a list of names as you desire. For example: Ron, Tom, Alex, ...
