Credit collection letters and automatic postings.

I would like to know if there is a way to make the postings of collection letters being automatically posted?

The collection is a part of being setup in the process automations.

I can see that the collection letters are being created when the process in running.

The series is setup

Collection letter 1
Collection letter 2
Collection

I would like to understand if the letters in step 1 and 2 can be automatically posted after being created and that the letter in step 3 will only be manually handled after creation.

Hi Kristina,
There is an old thread similar to your question in the forum, it mainly mentions that some processes of collection letters can be automated, but the review, posting and sending functions must be done manually, you can check for details.
