Hi all,
I'm new to D365 CE v9, however, have setup the email synch with O365 email and have done both direct and bulk email campaigns as tests and real events. However, every single time I do a fresh sign-in, I get an alert about email errors. The alert always states that there was an "unknown error" while receiving email. How do I troubleshoot this? Any idea what would be causing this?
