Ongoing email unknown errors

Hi all,

I'm new to D365 CE v9, however, have setup the email synch with O365 email and have done both direct and bulk email campaigns as tests and real events.  However, every single time I do a fresh sign-in, I get an alert about email errors.  The alert always states that there was an "unknown error" while receiving email.  How do I troubleshoot this?  Any idea what would be causing this?

    I recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft. Undefined errors like that should just go back to MS support, because you won't be able to see any details.

    Judy, thanks.  However, if you read what I wrote, I clearly said that I had already setup the sync.  My issue is that I'm getting constant warning alerts that only tell me that an "unknown error" has happened with receiving email to my account which, again, IS synced.   I'm looking for guidance of how to troubleshoot "unknown error".

    Hi,

    Do you mean that you want to synchronize your email system with Dynamics 365? If so, do you do this with server-side synchronization?

    Could you kindly check your configuration steps following the article below.

    Connect Dynamics 365 (online) to Exchange Online
