Are trial instance provisioning jobs dead?

Hello,

since yesterday i am trying to create Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Enterprise Trial, after i subscribe to trial and proceed to provision the instance (selecting Language and Currency screen), it says then "We will send you an e-mail when your trial organization is ready", that never happened, the instance is almost 24 hours now pending, nothing completed, i tried several times even with different email/phone but still the instances never get created, i asked a friend to try from somewhere else, no luck either, no trial instance is created whatsover.

is there any thing stopping the instance provisioning from happening globally or it is something specific for us here?

After like 2-3 days, instance provisioning back to work and trial instances are now created.
