Hi,
I have been looking at integrating Twilio with Customer Service Omnichannel, to send SMS messages to agents.
However the following Microsoft doc, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/configure-sms-channel-twilio
states that Twilio is only supported with US numbers.
Is this still the case?
This is an issue for me being in the UK.
