Dynamic Marketing List

I am new to D365 and I am trying to set up a dynamic marketing list that will return all Contacts associated with an Account where the Account Category equal a specific value.  Seems simple but I just cant figure it out.  Is this possible?  If so, can someone point me in the right direction?
