Filtering out contacts with notes on specific dates

Hi Everyone,

I have a list of contacts in which I want to filter out only those who contain notes documented, say, 6 months ago.

Thing is, when I do that I also get contacts with recent note activity (during the past 6 months).

Can anyone advise?

Thanks.

    Hi,

Please refer to my following Edit Filter

    Then click apply.

    Hi Eiken,

    Thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately, that's what I did before - the list that was generated contains contacts with note activity both from 6 months ago and from last week (for example).

Since there is no "NOT" operator, I'm not sure what to do.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks you!

    Hi,

Would you please show me your screenshot about your edit filter?

It will help me a lot.

    Hi,

You would need to use custom FetchXML to create these searches and views.

Please refer to the following link.

    Hi Eiken,

I finally got around to installing XRM ToolBox and connecting it to the MSD CRM.

Unfortunately, I can't find the views I saved (only general ones) and my views include attributes which don't exist in the FetchXML Builder.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!
