Working with translations and different languages

Hello community,

We have 10 languages in Dynamics, and just wanted to hear some input from you. For each language we have superusers, which is the easiest way to maintain and change translations in Dynamics? Should the superusers just send adjustments on new "translations" on fields for e.g and we as IT department translate it, or should i just send out a file and let them translate and just import. A lot of not productive job to always translate and export as soon as new things are added in the system. Any input on how to handle this effectively and pain free?

Thank you!
