Redirect D365 Portal from Base Domain to Custom Domain

I have a portal which can be accessed by two links:

https://example.microsoftcrmportals.com/ (Base URL)
https://www.example.org.hk/ (Custom URL)

I don't want user to access the Base URL.

So anytime the user access the base url directly, I want to redirect him to the custom url.

Is there any way to do it? Any help would be appreciated.
