Did anyone experience custom ribbon button not shown issue in Service Hub

Hi All,

I am just suffering from this issue.

The custom ribbon button is shown in traditional CRM website.

While it is always not shown in Service Hub.

Furthermore, it looks Hub is one version behind/delay from the traditional CRM website.

I can add extra dummy button 1, publish. It shows in website, not in hub.

add extra dummy button 2, publish. Both show in website, But only button 1 shows in hub.

remove button 2, publish. Only button 1 in website. But both show in hub.

I feel so painful. :(

    Sounds like cache issue. Can you press ctrl+F5 key to force refresh the Hub browser session.

    You can publish all & open an InCognito/InPrivate to see the reflections immediately.

    It only works, when I use Ribbon Workbench publish again.

    So now every time, I always remember to publish again
