Merge of Features in different Dynamics Products

Merge of Features in different Dynamics Products.

Hi, We are using NAV today as a financial system.

The CRM, logistics and purchase modules are interresting.

Dynamics CRM might be better at CRM than the features in NAV.

So, do we implement and develop a CRM solution in NAV or do we integrate Dynamics CRM with NAV?

What about the other overlapping features in each Dynamics product. Will they be merged into a final DYNAMICS product, and then be module options in the end?

This has great impact on how we should develop our own business workflows.

Maybe it is best to move all business workflows outside of these applications and be sure that missing features in future versions have less impact on our daily work?

Any thought about this issue will be very Welcome.

Best Regards

Sorry about the crappy look of the text above... not my fault.

As for my subject, if you are interrested I found a good whitepaper from Forrester research.
