Appointment is not sync to Teams and not sent to participant

Hi
 
I am using Sales Hub with Viva Sales.
I set an appointment from Sales Hub , Checked the Teams button and saved. The toggle on Sales Hub integration with Teams is turned on.
 
I was able to launch the Teams meeting from Sales Hub but:
 
1. I would expect that the meeting will sync to my Teams app - it didn't happen.
2. The appointment was not sent to the required meeting participant (contact with gmail account), so I had to invite him into the meeting in person.
 
I was able to get meeting invite and emails to the contact related Teams/Mail box when setting the meeting/send email from Teams APP/ Outlook respectively.
 
what do I miss?

    @ Haig Liu - Thanks for your reply, I checked both configurations below.
     
    Server - Side sync was in place. I am not getting the invite into my Teams which is using same user as Dynamic 365, so I believe that 2nd link is less relevant for now.
     
    I found the below instruction but I couldn't find how to get there to check the configuraiton:

    Hi Partner,
    1.Please open power apps or any of the Dynamic 365 applications and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and go to Advanced Settings:
    2.Click on Settings above to expand the All tab and click into the Administration tab:
    3.Click to open System Settings:
    In addition, if you need to adjust your personal settings you can also find them in the upper right corner of the Advanced Settings:
