HI, we've created a few custom views in Position: In the Main Position Page and also the Position Action Form. We have pushed these views to all users but some users can't see the custom view but others can. we've checked security settings, user options and their profiles in those areas are exactly the same so we can't understand why this is happening. They can see the custom view but it's not their default view, even though we've pushed it out to be everyone's default view.
(for info, there are custom views on Job and other pages and the users who don't have the Position Custom views as defaulted do see the default views in Job and other areas, just not the Position pages) -
Any insight to this issue would be greatly appreciated
You would want to double check the security role which you published this custom view to. Do you have same security role assigned to users having this issue?
