Contact records don`t open

When i try to open a contact record i get this error pastedimage1598540847164v1.png, didn`t find anything,, guys help please what is it and why does it show up.

    Hi Bogdan,

    This is a metadata synchronization issue. Clear cache and refresh the metadata of the affected environment clicking on "Publish all customizations" for the environment.
