Hi.

I'm getting the below SQL error when trying to access my Email Server profile setup.

The error is not very descriptive.

Please advise.

Can you please do F12 and check console Tab.

May be we get some info there

The issue was related to a data encryption key that wasn't valid under Settings > Data management.
