We are currently implementing MS Dynamics Sales in our company.
As part of this, I am currently working on letter templates that I want to make available to the team.
I am stuck on two points:
1. I have managed to create the following letter templates:
a. A template that includes the company and the company's address. So a letter to the company.
b. A template that takes the private address and the name, i.e. a letter to a private person.
What I can't manage is c. a letter to a contact person at a company.
Does anyone have an idea how I can realise the link between contact and company? Contact and company are already linked, but I don't know how to get the data into the XML export.
2. according to the instructions, I have loaded the template as admin in the dev environment and saved it as a system document template. But I don't know how to assign the template to the user so that they can find it in their Word template.
Can anyone help me?
