Hi,
I setup Workflow in NAV. If the the work item pending approval over 1 day, I want NAV system delegate it to the others user automatically.
How can we setup in NAV or need to customize this requirement.

you need to insert a substitue in the workflow user setup (substitute is the person to whom the request gets delegated to) and you need to select a delegation time in your workflow. If you activate the workflow there should be a new entry in the task scheduler.
If you now have an approval pending for 1 day it gets tagged and the task in the scheduler will delegate all tagged requests to their substitutes. (the task is executed every 24h by default).
