Enabling Activities in a Form

I have created an entity and enable it for activities. In the form I ad notes and then check for the Activitesy. 

But I just can see notes in the form once I publish, I can create activites in the entity but not in the section 
next to notes. Do you know why I cannot see Activitys with Notes?
I am trying to obtain this:

But I just Obtain the "colum" of notes

You have to enable entity for notes and configure form as well to enable Notes. Please try this link - community.dynamics.com/.../adding-notes-section-on-entity-forms-in-dynamics-crm

Make sure the option “Allow Quick create” is checked for that custom activity entity. Also create/design a quick create form for that entity.

This will give an option to create custom activity from social pane/timeline/wall.

The entity is already enable for notes and activites! Is the following entity; msdyn_workorderproduct

You will need to enable the entity for notes also.
