Customer Service Portal's "Customer" field is automatically filled with customer's portal contact account's company name if it is exist.
If the customer's company name is empty then the "Customer" field is filled with his/her name.
If Customer and Contact fields are present on a form and if the customer's portal contact account has a company name then Customer field is filled with the company name, and the Contact field is filled with the customers name.
If the customer's portal contact account does not have a company name then Customer filed is filled with the customer's name and the Contact field is empty.
I guess this is a default behavior but is there a way the Customer filed is always filled with the customer's name no matter if his/her portal contact account has a company name or not?
