I have a requirement where we have to email multiple report formats (one PDF and one Excel) of project invoice proposal at time of posting. As per standard, during posting one project invoice proposal report format can email through Print option whereas if we have to email multiple format of same report one as PDF and one as Excel then how can we achieve this functionality?

If this requires customization then which are the right classes to program this functionality?

Hi M.Nauman Rashid,

This is not supported out of the box. You can try a customization, a Power Automate flow, or you can have a look at third-party ISV solutions for output management. Docentric and Dox42 are some of those vendors, but there are more.

As Andre said, this is not a standard function, you need to customize it to implement. You can seek third-party support to avoid more unclear errors during the customization process. ax.docentric.com

Thanks Andre and Hana, I have checked the Docentric Add-on features and they are not giving this feature in there free add-on. I will contact with their support team and will see if the license version will work or not. The second option I see is to have a customization to implement this feature. Will update asap.

Just FYI, We checked with Docentric Add-on and they have the multiple attachment feature by creating custom rules but still they don't have the functionality to send multiple attachments or format for same report. So we have decided to analyze the OOB classes and build this feature through customization. Thanks for all your help.
