Employee Development - Performance Management - Minimum required master data

Hello,

Our client wants to implement the Performance Management module first and at a later point other modules (e.g., personnel management etc.).
What are the minimum required employee master data (e.g., Employee Id, First Name, Last Name, Manager) for Performance module to able to work?

To implement the Performance Management module and ensure it functions properly, you will need to have certain minimum employee master data available. The specific data required may vary depending on the functionality and features of your chosen Performance Management system.

Hi, if you intend to use the workflow for Performance reviews, you will also need to configure Positions/Reporting relationships for each user.

Hi there,

Atleast you will need below data in the system to use Performance management module.

For employees, you need first name, last name, employment start and end date, positions. This is the mandatory details except positions.
