When I edit workflow below , it appear error...pls give me some idea and solve solution !!

Dear Rainy Huynh,

Please check the user. Assign that user to an employee ID by specifying user relations.

error message mean user has been disabled in ax. you can make user enable from all users screen, which is under common section of system administration.

there is a checkbox named as ENABLE. Double click the user to Edit it and mark it as enabled.

The user is already disabled since he resigned so how we can remove from workflow
