Hello,
In our case status reason field we have a duplicate of a custom reason. Is there a way to tell which one is being used so that the other can be relabeled so that it is no longer used?
Thanks,
Beth

Ahhh. . . Thanks!
Hi,
after you set the condition in the advanced find , you can download the fetchxml, then you are able to see the value inside the filter condition.
No, I'm not good at coding.
I can see the status reason text labels. What I need to see is the numerical value assigned to the least used duplicate so I know which one to relabel.
Hi,
if you are not good in coding, you can use advanced find to do it.
select the entity, and choose the status reason field after that select the value.
if you are good in coding, you can query the data and filter based on the status reason.
