Looks like send button is missing from email form , i have seen this happening on a trial org as well, which i had created few weeks back, has anyone experienced this problem?
Same here - 2 instances and multiple users including myself have no send button, in fact the only button on the email form is "check access".
Seems that latest update introduced a validation rule of ribbons caused the problem. Microsoft product team are actively working on it.

Can you please try Checking the same in Ribbon workbench, if its hidden you can enable the same.
