I am on the latest version and I am still seeing the same problem.

1. Go to Schedule Board
2. Click Map icon
3. Panel fly's out but the screen is blank.
4. Refreshing does not bring in the map.
5. Closing and reopening does not work.
6. Chrome and Edge do not work.

This is a BUG where the MAP is not showing.

I have the same question (0)

This is likely a case where there is not too much we can do for you on the forums. If you are still experiencing the issue, then I would recommend submitting a ticket to Microsoft in your tenant. A few things as you look to submit:

    1) Verify if the issue is occurring for every user or only some
    2) Confirm that you have cleared your browser cache and tried again
    3) Ensure that the "Enable Maps" option is turned on in your Environment Settings. I don't think this has anything to do with the Field Service map control, but it's probably worth checking and validating.

Hello and thanks for the reply.

    1. The issue is happening for all users for browsers and OS's (mac and windows).
    2. I tried different browsers, both Chrome and Edge. In addition, I tried both on Mac as well (I use Windows at work and Mac at home)
    3. Yes Maps Enabled.

While I did not specifically call it out, the Maps have been working perfectly fine for years now. It is only the most recent updates this has happened. And from the web searches I did, LOTS of other people are experiencing the same issue.

I am pretty sure this is BUG.

Sad that one cannot edit their posts. Anyhoo....

I also meant to add, I have already entered a MS support ticket.

I will update this post based on the resolution.
