I created a process to update checkboxes based on the information submitted in a ClickDimensions form. The same process also updates the owner of the contact, based on the same piece of info on the form. It has been working great for the past 2 years. I recently added 2 more options to the process and they are not working. ie: not updating the checkbox and not changing the ownership of the contact. I've looked everything over many times and it looks fine to me. I can't figure out why the new ones are not working - the originals are fine. Please help!
