Electronic Reporting: Delete excel row of field is disabled

Dear all,

I would like to disable rows 23-25, if the values are null. I know that can be achieved by putting up this field with the according formula. For testing purpose I set it to FALSE.
However, I would like the whole row to be deleted, so that the rest of the content moves one line up.
F.e., if row 24 (Our Quotation) is not enabled, I would like "Project Supplementary Info" to move to line 24, as I dont want to have an empty row between "Order number" and ""Project Supplementary Info".

How do I achieve this?

Kind regards, Adis

    Hi Adis,
To remove a field from the template in Excel, you can use "Name Manager" in Excel and delete the actual range. Then upload the file again so it will remove the actual field in ER.

To disable a field from ER, you can set "False" on the node in Format designer.

With some help I figured it out:

If you want one or more rows to be deleted, the cells need to be part of a range. If the row is deleted, subsequent content will move up and you wont have empty rows in between, in case there is no data.

Then you use the "Enabled" field to control when the row(s) should be shown or not (deleted)

    Kind regards, Adis
