Opportunity Close Entity, Customized status reasons for won / close

Hi Experts!

I want to change to the quick create opportunity close form. So far, ok.

I struggle with our customized status reasons of the standard close form of the opportuniy as "won" or "lost".

The quick create option set does not show all reasons, which we added and especially not the reasons for "won".

Do you have an idea how to solve this question?

Thank you,

Markus

    Hi Markus,

The problem in this case is about the concept and relationship between "Status" and "Status Reason". Here is a document that explains the concept and relationship of " Status " and " Status Reason ".

Define status reason transitions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) | Microsoft Docs

Here is my solution to solve the case.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Customizations. Select Customize the System.

Step 2: In the solution explorer, in the left navigation pane, expand Entities, expand the Opportunity entity, and then double-click Fields.

Step 3: Open the statuscode (Status Reason) field.

Step 4: In the Select Status Reason dialog box, add List Value you want in specified state.

You can select Default Value which you want.
