I have set the price of each Item as 100 INR:

However the active price is coming out to be 5285.82 INR .

How do I ensure that the Price and Active Price remains the same i.e. 100 INR.

The problem was actual with the currency.

The store currency was INR and the default currency in the legal entity was USD.

So to fix this, I changed the currency conversion to : 1 USD = 1 INR

That fixed the active price problem in my Retail Store.

    Hi vivo88,

Once you setup your item purch. prices you need to activate Item price. Go to Product information management - Common - Released products and from top action pane select Manage Costs tab ..click Item price ... new form will open where you can create/activate new item active price.

    Kind Regards,

    V

RE: Difference between Price and Active Price

Price (base price)  comes from the sales price you have configured for the item in item card. Whereas, Active price shows the current price that you have configured using sales trade agreements or price adjustments. When you click Show price button in product search screen in AX POS, it shows the base price. You will need to write a custom job to update the base price from trade agreements.
