Custom System Dashboard not showing up in the dashboard list

Hi there,

I created 2 dashboard, 1 system dashboard and 1 dashboard under Case entity. However after saving and publishing these dashboards they are still not showing up in the dashboard list.

From Solutions page the newly created dashboard are showing up as Unmanaged

Is there anything else I need to do to make them available?

    Three question for users who face these kinds of issues:

    1. Have you included this dashboard in App?

    2. Have you Publish the Solution?

    3. Have you assign Security Role?

    I was currently having an issue with this.

    (2) was the problem for me.

    Hi All,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I was able to enable the custom dashboard for my Case entity by the following steps

    1. Go to Settings > Customizations.

    2. Click Customize the System.

    3. Under Components, click Apps.

    4. Open Customer Service Hub, Click Dashboards, on the right panel will show you all the dashboards under current solution. Click the one you want to add.

    5. Save and Close, then publish all customizations.

    Here are the reasons why this could be happening:

    (1) When you create new Dashboards in solutions you must click "Publish All Customisations", did you do that? If yes then

    (2) Check that the App you are using (CRM Hub, Custom, Sales etc) has the Dashboards you created Enabled for it. To do this, go to MyApps in Settings, click on the App you are using and open in App Designer, then under Dashboards make sure "All Dashboards" are enabled. If this is ok then

    (3) Check to make sure the dashboard is available to everyone in the security roles (which you have done).

    Hi Kelly

    Have you tried closing the Interactive Service Hub and re-opening it? The first time you open it, it starts packaging up all the solution components and you get the screen going through 1/5, 2/5 etc. When you publish the solution in CRM, the ISH/CSH needs to recompile to get these changes.  So closing down the window and re-opening it should resolve it.

    Also, if you are on 8.2 or below, there is a button in the solution ribbon which is "Prepare Client Customizations" and although this is mainly used for compiling the mobile app, it will compile ISH/CSH. If you are on V9, they have removed the button so closing the browser and re-opening might trigger the recompile.

    I'm not sure if the image uploader is working for me but the prepare client customizations in at the top of the ribbon for a solution.

    Thanks Mark, yes security is set to Display to everyone. But still not showing up.

    Thanks. I followed the same exacts steps a shown in the video that you sent. But it's still not showing up.
