RE: Custom System Dashboard not showing up in the dashboard list
Here are the reasons why this could be happening:
(1) When you create new Dashboards in solutions you must click "Publish All Customisations", did you do that? If yes then
(2) Check that the App you are using (CRM Hub, Custom, Sales etc) has the Dashboards you created Enabled for it. To do this, go to MyApps in Settings, click on the App you are using and open in App Designer, then under Dashboards make sure "All Dashboards" are enabled. If this is ok then
(3) Check to make sure the dashboard is available to everyone in the security roles (which you have done).
