Hi,
When an assigned Lead is having an Activity/Note added to it by another user, I want an email to be sent to the assigned Lead's user stating a note has been added to their Lead.
I have followed the instructions on the below page (replacing Account with Lead) but no email is being sent when adding a note to an existing lead assigned to someone else in the Sandbox version.
Can someone help please?

Thank you for your reply. I managed to get it to work by selecting the following Entities: Phone Call, Note and Task in the Workflow.
Now when a Phone Call, Task or Note is added to a Lead and the person adding it isn't the same as the Owner/Assigned user, then an email is sent to the Owner/Assigned person stating a Phone Call, Task or Note has been added.
The mistake I made was choosing the wrong Entity for what I needed.

1. Can you see if email records is created
2. If created what is their status
3. Is email integration working fine

Please share your workflow setting as well.
At the same time, Are you using real time workflow , so it would trigger immediately after note has been added?
is the condition in the record that you used does not meet up the criteria you set in workflow?
