Anti-spoofing policy stopping D365 App For Outlook setup

Hi,

I'm trying to setup D365 App For Outlook for a user. The Server Side Sync setup was successful and the user was also added to the D365 App For Outlook as a eligible user and also the status appeared as App Added to Outlook, which confirms that the App has been enabled.

The email that enabled Server side sync (though successful from inside CRM) has this email message as Undeliverable

Remote Server returned '<us-smtp-1.mimecast.com #5.0.350 smtp;550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 Anti-Spoofing policy - Inbound not allowed - community.mimecast.com/.../DOC-1369 [cieyI3UxML2-7l1Kxxxxxxx]>'

However, when the user open their Outlook, they can't see the D365 App For Outlook icon to open the app.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
