Hi,
I have an integration with D365 which requires AX database to be used in some DW for reporting purpose .
This DW will have data from multiple sources and later on is being used in reporting.
The query is that after analyzing multiple things we thought of using the Azure Data lake or we can push it to Byod / custom sql databases.
Now I know that Byod has many limitations and might be deprecated in the near future .
What I am not sure is how is data being pulled from Azure data lake and being used by other applications.
Since the data is stored in some csv /json format in files in azure folder. So in this case if there is a requirement to fetch the data from Data lake then how will this data be pulled and used in DW.
Also If I want to do integration bidirectional then in that case is Data lake an option ?
Dual write or dataverse is only for microsoft related CE <-> FO integrations and might not b used for FO to sql database if I am not wrong.
